Each client receives an analysis of their accent and a personalised Action Plan.

The Action Plan is implemented through a combination of personal face-to-face sessions, telephone sessions, practice in your own time, listening to the target accent on your iPod or a CD, and feedback from many sources.

If you cannot attend face-to-face coaching sessions, telephone and VOIP coaching is used.

All Action Plans follow these steps:

  • Awareness development:  Look and Listen!
  • Demonstration and practice:  Try and copy!
  • Feedback:  Check and compare!
  • Consolidation:  Improve and automate it!
